Big Project Complex in Palase – VLORA

Palasë is a coastal village located in the Vlore region of Albania, nestled between the Ionian Sea and the foothills of Çika Mountain.

This unique and picturesque destination is known for its crystal-clear waters, sandy beaches, and stunning natural landscapes, making it a hidden gem along the Albanian Riviera.

Palasë is 45 km from Vlora via the scenic Llogara Pass, and only 10 minutes away driving. The site is located near the Rivers Delta, a prominent natural feature that enhances the unique panorama. The
sloped terrain maximizes sea views, while the mountain backdrop creates a striking contrast. Palette is dominated by natural tones, reflecting the landscape of Palase. The green and brown hues epresent the lush vegetation and rugged terrain, while the lighter shades of blue and grey echo the expansive sky and sea, blending harmoniously with the environment. Palette captures softer, more muted tones. The greens and purples highlight the delicate vegetation, while the cooler blues and greys emphasize the calm sea and distant horizon, creating a tranquil and serene atmosphere.

The project is inspired by the amazing sunsets of Palasë, which has the great quality of facing west with views over Mediterranean. We can make the best sunset spot, aligning exactly with our central romenade at the beginning of spring on 21 March and the end of summer on 21 September.

The project centers around the sun and sunset, inspired by Stonehenge’s alignment with the sun. Just as Stonehenge captures the sun’s movements, our design frames the sunset, blending warm, natural tones with the environment.

This connection emphasizes harmony with nature, creating a space where the sunset is celebrated and appreciated daily.
